RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

PAYMENT

    * Once your arrangements are confirmed, a 30% deposit per

person or charter is required for your ship accommodations.  

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
    * All rates are subject to change.
    * Last minute arrangements have to be paid in full at time

of confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS

    * Any cancelation for charter have a cost of 250 USD for

administration expenses
    * Up to 120 days prior to departure, 100 USD per passenger

will be charged for administrative expenses.
    * Up to 60 days prior to departure, 30% of the amount paid

will be charged.
    * Up to 60 days before departure, 100% of the amount paid

will be charged.

CANCELLATION OF FLIGHT RESERVATION

    * If the flight tickets are emitted by the cruise company

the cancellation is admitted until 7 days before departure day

and total amount paid will be refunded in full.
    * Cancellation at the last minute or for a no show at the

airport, there will be no refund.
