Galapagos Islands hotels - hotel Grand Lobo de Mar

Spacious first class hotel located on Charles Darwin Avenue next to our dive center. Hotel has swimming pool, internet access, air-conditioned rooms, Cable TV, Restaurant, Safety box (only superior class). Two rooms categories. All rooms with view to the Bay.

The hotel is in fairly good condition and is priced reasonably.  There's a pool in the courtyard with a few lounge chairs and the hotel has 2 computer terminals for internet access. The location is right in town next to the TAME office.

The hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Ayora, it's a very laid back, low key place. A walk away to Tortuga Bay. You can also look into day tours to other islands. It's a good place to relax, go diving, or explore the interior of Santa Cruz.

The town is well set up for the tourist traffic. There are internet cafes on every corner, a Banco de Pacifico ATM, and you can get your laundry washed, dried, and folded in about 5 hours for $1 a kilo. The bus/ferry to the airport operates according to the flight schedule. Taxis are pickup trucks and fares are $1 around town.
