My first visit to South America was in the late 1970īs on an Ecuador trip organized by Ms. Mercedes Robles my Mother and the President of World Trails LLC. Ever since I have been fascinated with the region and made sure I came back year after year. I finally established myself in Ecuador and the company opened its first South America operations office in Quito.
