Vladimir,
I just want to thank-you for rescuing our Galapagos plans. You may remember
that we had booked with you on the Galaxy and then you told us
the flights were actually extra. Somehow you got us booked onto the
Tip Top III for similar dates and no extra cost.  I want to tell you that  we were extremely happy with this ship, its crew and the naturalist guide. Everything was
superb.  It was the trip of a lifetime!
