I have just spoken to Mrs Falkner, she has been away on a 2 month trip so only got back at the weekend. She had a great time on her Galapagos cruise.

They were very happy with their experience on the Galapagos Explorer.

We want to thank you for taking care of every detail, when they boarded the the guide and crew immediately acknowledged their allergies, the crew and guide did everything to accomodate them Jessica (their daughter) was well catered for. She  loved the fruit at breakfast.

After snorkeling they were given a hot snack when they got back on board, Jessica was given an apple or kiwi fruit.

Overall, the Falkner´s thought the standard of food on board was very good.

One thing to fix, is that the internet was not working, they were told it had worked for a couple of weeks but had to be stopped as it was causing the boat problems.

I always praise the boats Voyagers suggest to clients, saying you have very good boats with a  high level of customer service and clients always come back happy.
