RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
PAYMENT

  • Once your arrangements are confirmed, a 30% deposit per person or charter is required for your ship accommodations.  Final payment is due 30 days prior to the departure date. 
  • All rates are subject to change.
  • Last minute arrangements have to be paid directly.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Any cancelation for charter have a cost of 250 USD for administration expenses
  • Up to 120 days prior to departure, 100 USD per passenger will be charged for administrative expenses.
  • Up to 60 days prior to departure, 30% of the amount paid will be charged.
  • Up to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the amount paid will be charged.
  • By cancellation shortly before the departure, the total tour will be charged.

CANCELLATION OF FLIGHT RESERVATION

  • If the flight tickets are emitted by the cruise company the cancellation is admitted until 3 days before departure day and total amount paid will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellation at the last minute or for a no show at the airport, a fee of 30 USD per person will be charged.

CANCELLATION BY ILLNESS

  • If short time cancellation is due to medical reasons of the passenger, a 50% refund will be made upon receipt of authentic medical documentation.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
CHILDREN

  • Children under 5 years of age, if they share the cabin with the parents, pay 50% of the published rate.
  • Children under 11 years and 11 months of age pay 80% of published rate.

PAYMENTS ONBOARD:

  • Only cash and travelers checks accepted (USDollars).
